PM IS LOOKING FOR AN EVENT MANAGER & CREATIVE ASSISTANT! (CLOSED)


Hi! Productive Mamas is hiring and looking for an Event Manager and Creative Assistant to start after Lebaran Holiday (end of July).
A little bit about PM & the position before you read further:
- It is a motherhood blog that has been around for just a little over a year now (since March 2015).
- Our main mission is to share and provide information for mom’s who want to have an active, creative and productive lifestyle.
- We have received great response from the audience (mothers & clients) and we are now gearing for growth.
- We responsibly collaborate with clients that are in line with our core values and either already/looking to establish positive social impact.
- We don’t have a formal office, so you will have the flexibility to work from home, but still need to be mobile since we usually have 1-2 meetings in a week (you can bring your children)
- Working with PM, you will acquire extensive knowledge and experience on blogging, creating content, managing events, networking (hanging out with other moms and sharing our unique stories), and most importantly becoming a more useful person for everyone around you.
- Within our relatively short experience, we have found that doing all these things are very rewarding and have really established a sense of confidence in our efforts to make the world a better place for our kids.


EVENT MANAGER
(Permanent Staff, Casual Working Hours)

Typical PM events (not limited to):
- Playdates (click #playdatewithPM for references)
- Creative workshops for moms with number of participants ranging from 6-20 moms (depends on venue and event type)
- Events are held bi-weekly or monthly
Requirements:
- Excellent writing skills (mainly in Bahasa Indonesia, but English will also be a great addition).
- Punctual, in terms of attending meetings, working with deadlines, and everything in general.
- Sociable, outgoing, and friendly character.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Mobile (able to drive or move around easily..)
- Competent in using office applications such as MS Word, Powerpoint, and Excel.
- Passionate about kids activities and always willing to explore new ones.
- Live in (preferably) South Jakarta (as we hold most of our events and meeting in this area).
- Must be a woman, but does not have to be a mother.
Responsibilities:
- Main responsibility: Event concepting, planning, organizing, and execution
- Choosing and booking venues
- Creating proposals and establishing sponsorship deals
- Interacting with clients and participants during the event, making sure everyone leaves with a positive experience
- Buying and supplying materials for the event
Salary: Commission based (agreed on prior to every event)

CREATIVE ASSISTANT / CONTENT CREATOR
(Project Based Intern for 3 months or Permanent Staff Casual Working Hours)
Requirements:
- Excellent writing skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Creative outlook and thoughts on motherhood.
- Well organized and systematic work ethics.
- Punctual, in terms of attending meetings, working with deadlines, and everything in general.
- Sociable, outgoing, and friendly character.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Mobile (able to drive or move around easily...)
- Competent in using office applications such as MS Word, Powerpoint, and Excel.
- Able to operate Adobe Photoshop or willing to learn.
- Passionate about kids activities and always willing to explore new ones.
- Live in (preferably) South Jakarta (as we hold most of our events and meeting in this area).
- Must be a woman, but does not have to be a mother.

Responsibilities:
-Discussing and creating annual content for PM's blog and You Tube Channel
-Helping out with writing, shooting, photography, and editing. (Will be trained)
-Creating simple timeline, clients database,
-Interacting with clients (if necessary)
