He believe that having less toys, encourage more imaginative play!
Afterall, play is a child's work.

Saya membeli Magna-Tiles ini di sebuah toko di lantai paling atas Tanglin Mall, Singapore (lupa banget namanya! will update this as soon as I remember). Saya beli yang set isi 48 piece, dengan harga (kalau gak salah) $110 (pricey! but worth every penny). Cukup menyesal malah gak beli yang isi 100! (sekitar $180).

1.GRIMM'S LARGE WOODEN RAINBOW STACKER
Age:0+
"They base the development of their toys on the philosophy of Waldorf Education. Their wooden toys are designed to help children discover and develop their own creativity and sensory awareness with products that want to be touch again and again which communicate their credo: Joy through colour! These gorgeous toys are made using alder, lime, maple and cherry wood. Wood is natural, regenerative and stimulates the senses. It has texture, sounds different and smells good. Bacteria cannot reproduce on wood. This all is not true for plastic or metal. All dyes used are water based and are non toxic, as is the natural oil used." (http://littleacornstomightyoaks.co.uk/)

"The Gears!Gears!Gears! set provides many opportunities for children to experiment with simple mechanics and science. There are “Ex-GEAR-iments” in the instruction booklet that encourage children to notice interesting movements, connections, and explore the fascinating action that can be created with gears. It also encourages creativity while building fine motor skills in hands on construction play. Corbin will literally sit down and play with this beginner set for up to an hour at a time. That is unheard of for most toys in our house." (Source:http://happeningsoftheharperhousehold.net/)
3.BETTER BUILDERS BY GUIDE CRAFT
Age: 2+
"Overall, I don't think that we could have been more pleased with the new Magneatos Better Builder Series and how well they represent what Guidecraft has always stood for: smart, well-crafted products which allow children's minds and imaginations room to truly wonder and grow.
This unique, colorful, high quality toy has a modern look but classic appeal for kids (and adults) of all ages. Whether being used by a beginning or novice builder, the hand-eye coordination, fine motor skills, dexterity, creativity and more makes Magneatos entertaining in a simple, yet complex way. 4.POWERCLIX FRAMES BY GUIDE CRAFT

5.TEXO

"PowerClix are actually pretty
awesome, in my humble opinion. These are magnetic building sets that allow kids
to not only build various geometric shapes and "buildings", it also
teaches kids about science and the laws of attraction. These sets are ideal for
in home use, but they'd also be a fantastic addition to any daycare or
preschool. PowerClix sets come in different sizes, too!" (http://www.newlycrunchymamaof3.com/)

"TEXO™ (100 piece set is $39.99)
is a wonderful, unique learning toy from Guidcraft that was designed to
encourage young builders’ to use their imaginations to create a wide range of
designs such as bridges, houses, rockets and so much more. TEXO™ has far exceeded
my expectations in terms of its learning value and entertainment factor. In
fact, my three children who are ages 8, 6 and 5 leaped up and down with
excitement when they discovered this toy…….two hours later my sons and my
daughter were still playing and they ask to play with it every single day!" (http://www.simplystacie.net/)
Thank you in advance mommies!
Wishlistnya sebagian samaaa dgn wishlistku...hihihi.. Punya info kah mba?
